Integrate Audio Generation

PREREQUISITE: Run +rw-check-compatibility first. Run +rw-fetch-api-reference to load the latest API reference before integrating. Requires +rw-setup-api-key for API credentials. Requires +rw-integrate-uploads for local audio/video files.
